Ich habe mir die Doku "Marc Marquez - All In" angeschaut.
Dort sagte er folgendes, das verdeutlicht, daß jeder Profisportler eben ein Mensch ist, den negative Online Kommentare in den Social Media trotzdem treffen und beeinflussen können:
"...not only journalists, but people that upload videos on YouTube or whatever..you look at what people say and think, 'My gosh, these people..'...
It's so easy to write and talk about people"
Dann sagte er dass er in einer bestimmten Situation (verletzt) an sich keine Social-Kommebtare lesen wollte, es aber dann doch tat als er Zeit hatte:
"Honestly, I gave a try. Later on I said, 'It won't affect me.' I went back to Twitter, I was injured for a long time, so I ended up opening the app. I said, 'It won't affect me.' But it does, to some extent. No matter how strong you are, when you read something negative about you, it affects you!' "
Das steht im gegensätzlichen Kontrast zur Ansicht mancher hier und woanders die z.B. online gegen Clubspieler ablästern mit der Einstellung "das sind ja Profis und werden bezahlt, dann müssen sie ja sowas locker aushalten".
